Hi, I'm Lisa Pastor, the heart and hands behind SWEET BITES by lisa.  

 

As a proud solopreneur, I wear every hat in this sweet venture; founder, director, baker, decorator, creator, photographer, videographer, administrator, social media manager and yes, even dish hand. From my registered home kitchen, I craft each bake with love and care.

My baking journey began at the age of eight,  when I first whipped up my Nanna's famous apple cake. That moment sparked a lifelong love for baking and all things sweet. What started as a childhood hobby blossomed into a full-fledged business in 2020, and I've been pouring my creativity and care into every bite ever since. 

 

I specialise in decorated and double-layered naked cakes, custom cupcakes and beautifully decorated biscuits.  Each one personalised to reflect your unique requests.  Whether it's a birthday, or other occasion, I'm here to chat all things sweet and ​guarantee you'll leave on a sugar high.
